It is a section of Table Mountain National Park where you can see beautiful landmarks sur as the famous Cape Point, a promontory at the southeast corner of the Cape Peninsula, A common misconception is that Cape of Good Hope is the southern tip of Africa. It is actually Cape Agulhas, located on the Garden Route of South Africa over 200 km away.
Home to various anteloppes such as eland, Cape of Good Hope is the only section of Table Mountain National Park which is fenced. However, large animal are hard to spot in the park but the cliffs offer really good spot for whale watching.
